If this is for NON STANDARD care, and you have not received direct approval from Jennifer Aufdenberg DO NOT PROCEED. Please contact Jennifer Aufdenberg immediately for approval.
IMPORTANT: If your foster dog is experiencing a medical emergency and Jennifer Aufdenberg cannot be reached, please rush them to the nearest Vet ER and authorize all life-saving measures. SSR will reimburse for these expenses.

STEP ONE
FIND AN APPROVED SSR VETERINARY OFFICE
Make sure that you're only looking at SSR approved veterinary offices. If you're unsure, please ask your Foster Mentor, email dogs@shenandoahrescue.org, or post to our SSR Volunteers group.
STEP TWO
BOOK THE APPT UNDER SSR
Book the appointment UNDER SHENANDOAH SHEPHERD RESCUE's account. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you book under your own account or name.

When booking your foster dog's appointment, be sure to provide their SSR name and SSR # to the veterinary office.

STEP THREE
send ssr the records
If you are provided with paper records, please send a clear scan or photo of the records to dogs@shenandoahrescue.org.
