• The application form works best on a desktop computer and is not yet fully compatible with mobile devices.

• There is a non-refundable $20 application fee that must be paid prior to accessing the online form.  After an application is successfully submitted an automated message will be sent to you.  If you do not see this email in your inbox, spam or junk folders, please forward a copy of your Paypal receipt to apps@shenandoahrescue.org so that we can provide assistance. ​

• There are two steps to submit an application; paying the fee and completing the online form.  Please be prepared complete and submit your application directly after submitting the payment.
